    David started work in the family Hardware store at age 6. He bought his first business in 1987 at age 25 and over 15 years grew a Hospitality Venue empire in Victoria, Australia.

    Dave has since worked with a broad range of industries including mining, retail, hospitality, tourism, health and consulting.

    As a best-selling author and expert, Dave has contributed to books on Sales, Small Business and most recently The VIP Principle – about the long-term business benefits of continuous improvement of service & systems.
