Finally, to help you convince your plastic surgeon you should attend …..

15 Reasons Your Plastic Surgeon Should Send YOU to the ASAPS 2023 Conference:

1. You’ll be equipped to navigate the turbulent post-Covid marketplace: patient demand is declining, and costs are surging. Adapt now and change or watch your income and profit drop significantly.

2. You deserve a reward for all your effort in dealing with the many recent practice changes.

3. You can learn to do more with everything you already have – every web visit, every enquiry, every surgery and every patient. – “In tough times, grow market share”

4. You can explain the ASAPS Conference ROI simply – converting just ONE more large surgery procedure will pay for you to attend the conference.

5. You will make alliances with other practice staff then you can phone a friend for advice – “if you want to go fast – go alone, if you want to go far – go together” (African proverb).

6. You’ll find many ways to improve your patient experience – you’ll attract more patients from word of mouth and retain them longer – reducing your advertising costs.

7. You need the latest AHRA news and Medicare updates to ensure your practice is fully AHPRA compliant and coding Medicare item numbers correctly.

8. You will have better relationships with suppliers and colleagues – you’ll hear about better buying opportunities and save time solving any practice issues.

9. You will be more inspired and energised after the conference – your engagement level, teamwork and conversion rates will increase.

10. If you are in QLD or Northern NSW – support your LOCAL conference (and travel costs are lower).

11. Overcome any objections about attending conferences from your surgeon who says “what if you train the staff and they leave” – consider this – “what if you don’t train them and they stay”.

12. You’ll learn more about local area marketing and get more referrals from GP clinics and specialists. These local and referred enquiries are easier to convert and get better patient outcomes.

13. You will learn to create quality AHPRA-compliant marketing content for your website, enews and social media at the conference to build your surgeon brand and get more patient referrals.

14. You will be there to take lots of social media photos and videos of your surgeon attending the vent. Enough to make lots of social posts for months to come.

15. This conference will help your practice retain staff: Conferences motivate your team. Proper training can prevent valuable staff members from leaving, saving you the high cost of hiring and training a replacement ($50k to $1m in lost revenue).
